Cold Winter Summers
I took these landscapes up north in Ludington, Michigan on the dunes. I wanted to go to Florida so I tried to portray summer in these pictures when they were actually taken in 40 degree weather. Luckily the only weather we got was some cold sun and rain so snow didn't change my vision. I was able to accomplish this mood with warm and cool contrasting colors of the water and the sand. My hands were super cold taking these because of the weather and wind blowing off the water which made it had to focus but otherwise they were a success.
Bright Night
Springs Illusions
I took these landscapes in Saginaw Woods looking up at the beginning of of my hike with my friends when I also did some more portraits. I was a little disappointed because it wasn't as vibrant as it was in spring with all the green of the trees and grasses. I found some huge pine trees however that have always been one of the best parts of the hike I take and they always look great. Shooting up also gave a lot of light that helped to brighten the pictures and make them more lively. Color matching also gave off more of the color I wanted.

Michigan's Dunes
Pinks, Blues, Yellows
I took these landscapes on the pier of Lake Michigan. When I went up North my goal was to get a sunset picture on the beach. We found the woods that lead to the beach and had to take a 3 mile hike without a map which was quite the adventure. Luckily we got the beach right at sunset and it was perfect but my camera didn't show the colors as vibrant as they were in real life. With a little but of adjustments however they turned out just how I wanted them.

A Bee's Dream
I took these landscapes in the woods by the dock. I was by the water when I saw all these purple things on the ground I thought a first it might be fertilizer or something they were doing for grounds. But, the flowers had just started blooming and there were a field of purple flowers! There were tons of bees which scared me laying down next to all these flowers hoping I wasn't gonna get stung. Also trying not to get tons of the brown from the trees in the background. I survived with pictures and no bee stings that make these pictures one of the more scary ones.
